It says I am connected, but I can't use the internet. What do I do?

If you are connected to the internet, but unable to surf the web, try the following:

  1. Turn the device off and unplug it.
  2. Remove the bottom cover.
  3. Remove the battery.
  4. Pull out the SIM card and wait for 1 minute.
  5. Replace the SIM card, battery, and bottom cover.
  6. Plug the device in and turn it on.
  7. Verify that you can now access the internet.
